Shipping
Free standard shipping on every US order. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.
How long it takes
We pack orders within two to five business days. Standard US delivery then usually runs 6 to 12 business days. From the day you order, that is roughly a week and a half to three and a half weeks. Express at checkout is $3.99 and gets your order packed ahead of the standard queue.
We also ship to 27 countries outside the US at a flat $6.99, usually 10 to 21 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
Everything ships tracked. You get the number by email the moment it leaves us. Carrier tracking often takes a day or two to start updating, which is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. If it has been five business days with no movement at all, email us and we will chase it.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the US can attract import duty or tax on arrival. That is charged by your own country rather than by us, we cannot predict the amount, and it is not included in what you pay at checkout.
Addresses
Check yours before you confirm. Once an order is with the carrier we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake straight away, email us, and if it has not gone yet we will fix it.
If something goes wrong
If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, or the parcel turns up damaged, email us with your order number and we will sort it out. The formal version is in the refund policy.
